Story

so I’ve decided to do the Hellvellyn Triathlon. I asked one of my gym members Neil Carrick who’s actually in a triathlon club which one would be good for a 16 and a half stone, 45 year old with a knackered leg, not swam since he was 10 and not ran since he was 17. He recommended Hellvellyn which apparently is one of the hardest in the world 🙈 1 mile swim in Ullswater lake, 48km cycle up Kirkstone Pass which has a hill called the struggle which is 2.5 mile 🤯 after that it’s a leisurely 15km run to the top of Hellvellyn which is the third highest peak in England 😂.

There is a 10 hour time limit and I’m just aiming to be within the time limit and not die or lose a leg.

I’m been 50/50 wether to do this for charity because there is a very good possibility that I might not be capable of this physically 🙈 and I’d have to give everyone’s money back and donate what was raised out of my own money but feck it let’s do it 🙏🏻

I’m going to do this for Team Evie as Greg does some fantastic work in the name of his little baby girl they lost 😞

I’ve seen he’s had to cancel a couple of events so this will hopefully help fill the missing funds.

I’d massively appreacite any small donation towards the total and also say a prayer 🙏🏻

Many thanks

Lee
