Ostomy Canada is gearing up for its 11th Step Up for Ostomy Campaign this year! Come join us on October 5, 2024, in cities, towns, parks, trails, and venues across Canada and show your support for those living with an ostomy, their friends and family. On that day we will walk, run, bike, hike, or whatever you like. Let’s all Step Up for Ostomy, to raise awareness, eliminate stigma and raise funds to help enhance Ostomy Canada Programs!

I have been a visitor co-ordinator for the Calgary Ostomy Society over the past three years and am super passionate about making life a little easier for the folks I support through this initiative. I have met some amazing people and their families through this volunteer adventure and feel like the work this charity does is incredible in helping connect people facing Ostomy surgery to the support network they need to make their journey a little bit easier, physically, emotionally and mentally.

Please join me in my quest to raise some funds to help keep this important charity rolling with the funding required to keep playing this important role in the lives of so many kids, teens and mature individuals living their best life with an Ostomy. Thank you for your support!!!
