A very close friend of mine has hypo plastic left heart syndrome and doing this fundraiser is allowing me to give back to those who have got her to where she is today and raise awareness of the diagnosis while helping others in similar situations. Little Hearts Matter is a national charity offering support and information to anyone affected by the diagnosis of a single ventricle heart condition, children born with half a working heart. They work to support and raise awareness of the needs of these children and their families.
