Armed with just their trunks and towels, Josh and Charlie are plunging into cold river fed lakes, every day until Christmas. The 4 months of madness are in aid of the fantastic Freedom Centre in Barnstaple. The charity is set up to support rough sleepers and those in need. It has 8 houses, 4 of which are are dedicated to addiction rehabilitation. They also give meals to around 80 people every day as well as running support groups for mental health.

With temperatures set to plummet to 3 degrees, sometimes icing over, the boys are embracing the challenge and will keep you posted with pictures and updates.
