LCF LAW colleagues, family & friends are running in the race against cancer!

We have organised a team of runners to challenge themselves to run the Leeds Half Marathon on Sunday 12th May 2024 to raise funds for Yorkshire Cancer Research.

The team consists of: -

Sarah McCann, Nicole Narey, Duncan Robertson, Harry Brackenridge, Jennifer Lee, Devon Culliney, Heather Pritchard, Francesca Cockcroft, Julie Davis, James Sarjanston, Amber Cook, Holy Jordan, Sophie Barton, Lily Firm, Mischa Russell, Chloe Stephenson, Lydia Whitaker, and Richard Eustace.

Why have we chosen to fundraise for Yorkshire Cancer Research:-

LCF LAW are a Yorkshire based law firm, we have offices situated in Bradford, Leeds, Harrogate & Ilkley.

Yorkshire is our home.

Yorkshire is unfortunately also one of the regions hardest hit by cancer.

Cancer is a horrible disease which will affect each of us - maybe not directly but you will know someone close to you who has or will benefit from research which has been made available due to the funding of Yorkshire Cancer Research.

Sadly, people are more likely to have their lives cut short by cancer in Yorkshire than almost anywhere else in England. Yorkshire Cancer Research is a charity dedicated to funding research so that you and those you love live longer, healthier lives, free of cancer. 

Thanks to supporters, Yorkshire Cancer Research has been funding research and saving lives since 1925. Today, the charity is the biggest funder of cancer research study places in Yorkshire, bringing vital world-leading research and expertise to the region.
