My Next Big Challenge: The Pennine Way

On 4th April, 2025, I’ll be hiking the Pennine Way, one of England’s most famous and challenging trails, to raise money for Great Ormond Street Hospital—a cause that’s very close to my heart. Over 15 days, I’ll walk 268 miles (431 km) from Edale, Derbyshire to Kirk Yetholm, Scottish Borders, passing through breathtaking landscapes like the Peak District, the Yorkshire Dales, Hadrian’s Wall, and the Cheviot Hills.

This hospital is special because it provides life-saving care for children with serious illnesses, especially cancer. The doctors, nurses, and staff work tirelessly to give children a fighting chance. I want to help them continue their incredible work, and I need your support to do that!

Why I’m Doing This

Great Ormond Street Hospital gives children and their families hope during tough times. The hospital is one of the best in the world, and every penny we raise will go towards supporting their cancer care services. Every step I take on the Pennine Way will be in honour of the brave kids and families facing illness.

I know this hike will be challenging—after all, the Pennine Way has more ascent than Mount Everest! But I’m determined to complete it and raise as much as I can for this cause. Your support will mean so much to me and to the children who will benefit from it.
