Despite my body screaming at me not to run it again (I am far from a natural) I realise crossing that finish line knowing I've raised money for a charity that means so much to me, and that can change and save lives is the most important thing - so here we go again for a fourth time. Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male. CALM exists to change this by offering life saving services, provoking conversation and bringing people together to reject living miserably.
