Every year, 90,000 babies in the UK need neonatal care - in 2010, my little brother Liam being one of them when he was born 12 weeks early. We are so lucky that Liam was one of the miracle stories and is now a healthy, typical teenager with his whole life ahead of him.

I will be participating in the Great North Run 2024, my first half marathon, to raise funds for Bliss, the leading charity for babies born premature or sick. With your help, we can ensure that Bliss can continue to drive improvements in neonatal care and provide information and support to families with a baby born premature or sick.
