March of the Day 2, 21 March 2025

Story

Those of you that know me, know how much Ipswich Town is a big part of my life. I was incredibly lucky to be able to see one of the greatest players to ever wear the Ipswich shirt, the one and only Marcus Stewart.

In 2022 Marcus was diagnosed with motor neurone disease and I’m joining the fight against this disease by joining the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation March of the Day 2. This walk will take 3 days starting at Wembley Stadium and ending up Portman Road. I will be walking on the first day between Spurs and QPR, and on the third day from Colchester United to Portman Road.

The Foundation has three main aims:

- Raise awareness of MND

- Support those families facing the MND battle

- Fund important research into a cure

Your donations are hugely appreciated. More information can be found at https://www.redwoodevents.co.uk/march-of-the-day-2025/
