On Thursday 23rd May 2024 I will be taking part in CRN Fight Night to raise money for Helen & Douglas House, a children's hospice who help terminally ill children live life to the full.

I have never done Boxing before so this is something completely outside of my comfort zone, but for those of you who know me, will know I like a good challenge! I will be training for 12 weeks which is already in full swing to get me ready for the big night.

I have chosen the Helen & Douglas House as my chosen charity in memory of my late parents Helen & Douglas Ball who are no doubt watching over me wondering what on earth I am doing haha!
