November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month. So I am joining this Swimming the Distance challenge.

There were a couple of options but I've decided to set myself the challenge to swim 20 miles in the month 🏊‍♀️

Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only UK lung cancer charity dedicated to helping everyone affected by the disease. They support everyone affected by lung cancer - from diagnosis, through treatment, living with the disease and end of life care.

They raise awareness and challenge the misconceptions of lung cancer so future generations to come have the best possible diagnosis technics, treatments and care. They do all this so those diagnosed with the disease can live well with lung cancer for as long as possible.

Every penny will be appreciated and will go towards those affected by this dreadful disease.
