We lost our beloved Phil in November 2023 after having the most wonderful past 4 years with him. He saved us during lockdown. He gave us so much love and joy. Phil was just over 10 years old when he passed, but he was an absolute blessing.

We would not have been so lucky to adopt Phil if it weren't for the Brighton Retired Greyhound Trust. They do incredible work rehoming these beautiful, gentle, and such lovable Greyhounds. But they depend on the generosity of donors to keep going. After all, vet bills and dog food aren't cheap.

This is also a personal challenge for me, as I have never run a half marathon before. I have always said I can't do it, but I'm determined to prove myself wrong. And if I can help raise any donations to assist with rehoming these beautiful dogs, then I will push myself to get it done. I am doing this for Phil.
