In 2022 my dear brother Merv died and St John’s Hospice where amazing. They provided so much support, so that Merv could stay at home surrounded by those who continue to miss and love him dearly. I have been running as my way of reflecting on my loss and striving on as I know Merv would have approved. I will be running the Great North Run in aid of St. John’s so that they can continue to support those who need them at an incredibly difficult time.
