Story
On 25 October my Mum was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease. The diagnosis has shocked us all and we are trying to prepare for the unknown future that lays ahead of us.
I had already started to raise funds for MND by walking 50km on 6 April 2024 along the Thames Path from Windsor, come rain or shine. My partner and I are now joining forces to focus our efforts to raising as much as we can.
At times it will be tough and I’m sure we will doubt if we can finish but we will keep in mind those that are fighting much harder battles than our own and we will get to the end, blisters and all
By challenging ourselves we’re hoping to raise awareness and essential funds to help research and to provide care and support for those living with MND.
