Please support us on our special charity walk on 16 September 2023, as we raise funds in memory of our beautiful, Joni, on what would have been her 40th birthday. We tragically lost Joni at the young age of 28, after a long battle with Lupus.

Joni's journey began when she was just 11 years old, being diagnosed with Lupus. Throughout her younger years, she spent countless hours at the Glasgow Children's Hospital (Yorkhill). The care she received from the dedicated medical staff was truly exceptional - their kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication left an indelible mark on our hearts.

Despite the challenges Joni faced, the hospital played a vital role in making her journey a little more bearable. We cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support and care she received during her time there.

In honour of Joni's memory and as a way to give back to the hospital that meant so much to us, we are taking part in the charity’s sponsored 10k walk. Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for the charity, so it can continue to provide exceptional care to children in its care.
