I am taking on tough mudder! on 21 September in south London with the amazing Kate Bowes to raise funds for the charity WAY. WAY is the only the charity in the UK that offers peer to peer support to people widowed under the age of 50.

On 29 February 2024 I lost my amazing husband Dan who was 48 years old to a chronic lung condition. My whole world was blown apart. If it wasn’t for the support of friends, family, colleagues and from WAY I just don’t know how I would have coped. We are raising funds in his memory so please give what you can to support others having to go through one of life’s most traumatic experiences.
