This year I'll be doing 12 events to help raise money for Our Dementia Choir. An amazing charity set up to help those suffering from Dementia. My Uncle Barry has directly benefited as a member.

In case your wondering if this is a challenge to me personally, I haven't done any races for 9 years snd i'm a hobby jogger so with 3 children, a business and life, organising, training and completing each race will be a whole family effort. I've also never done anything like this before!

NB. I'll be running alone at 5am to train for this before work!
