Me & Lyla are taking part in a Moonlight Memory Walk Devon for Children’s Hospice South West, in memory of my beautiful niece and Lylas cousin Freya.

Please help us reach our fundraising target of £100 to provide vital funds for local families.

💜 £50 could contribute towards a supported hydrotherapy session helping to relax sore and tired bodies and muscles

💜 £70 could pay for an hour of care for a family at one of their 3 hospices

💜 £120 could pay for a day of specialised sibling support for a bereaved brother or sister

Freya was only with our family for a short time but made such and an impact.

Freya received amazing care from Children's Hospice South West when she needed it the most. Not only did they support Freya they supported the whole family in their time of need and made the journey a little easier providing an amazing space to laugh, cry and make ever lasting memories.
