On Saturday 19 July, I will be abseiling down Coventry Cathedral to raise money for Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, who deliver over 25 mental health services across the region.

Having experienced various mental health conditions since I was a teenager, I'm hoping this challenge will raise some good money to help Coventry and Warwickshire Mind ensure no one has to face a mental health challenge alone.

Anything you can give will go a long way to helping the 1 in 4 of us who struggle with mental health in Coventrry and Warwickshire.
