This December Kirsty and I will be completing the - 12 Runs of Christmas, hosted by Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. I signed up after a few too many wines and now I'm locked in! Kirsty is just too kind and volunteered to join me for the ride. From the 1st until the 12th, we’ll be completing some festive themed running activities and sharing our progress throughout.

As Lung Cancer Nurse Specialists, we see and feel the impact of lung cancer - on our patients, their families and their friends. It doesn't discriminate, it can affect anyone at any time. Around 15% of people with lung cancer have never smoked. Lung cancer often gives you no symptoms until it is at an advanced stage and symptoms that present can be vague and easily mistaken for other things. Awareness is so important.

Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation are an amazing charity that offer support for patients, raise awareness of lung cancer and fund vital research.
