We are proud to have this amazing charity as our chosen charity for the Heligan Team this year. The work they do across the county to support victims and survivors of sexual and domestic abuse is both essential and also life changing and life saving. They really do change peoples lives, and these are people within our local community.

I hope people will give what they can so to support this charity. It will also push me to get moving and start my running up again for a very good cause.
