Story
In June, I will be joining women from across the construction and property industry for a fundraising bike ride - we're raising money for Club Peloton to be distributed between several charitable projects, all transforming the lives of vulnerable young people (more below!).
It's a 3-day cycle around Poland, covering 450km and climbing 5700m. And innumerable calories, mostly in cake form to keep us all going.
Specifically, pedElle this year aims to raise £40,000 to:
1. purchase 3 specially-adapted trikes for Cyclists Fighting Cancer
2. Pay for 3 adoption days for Coram
3. Support 20 vulnerable families with 6 weeks of parenting skills training.

Club Peloton (clubpeloton.org) is the charity and real estate cycling community transforming the lives of young people. Since 2006, it has given £4.5 million in grants to projects that make a real difference, including:
- recruiting families for 1,150 children waiting longer than 18 months to find adoptive homes
- assisting 500 families with post adoption support
- awarding 800 bikes, tandems and adapted trikes to children and young people affected by cancer
- supporting research to illustrate the relationship between physical and mental well-being and physical activity in children surviving cancer
- tackling the root causes of violent street crime through 18 projects
Thank you for your kind and generous support!
