Story

On May 31st 2025, me and 3 of my closest friends will be taking part in the ‘Jump for Hope’ skydive to raise money for brain tumour research. This is in memory of Ethan Treharne, a young man who tragically lost his life to this cruel disease.

Ethan was diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM) in 2019, at just 15 years old. Despite undergoing extensive treatment, including seeking care in Germany, he sadly passed away on November 26th 2021, at the age of 17. He fought incredibly hard and is an inspiration to us all.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease. This needs to change.

I am fundraising for Brain Tumour Research as they are the only national charity dedicated to funding long-term, sustainable research in the UK.

Every donation brings us one step closer to finding a cure and ensure that future families don’t have to go through what Ethan’s did.

If anyone is able to donate anything at all I would be eternally grateful. Together we will find a cure. <3
