I'm thrilled to be a part of #TeamInvictus at HSBC, and I invite you to join us in our mission to make a difference in the lives of young people through the Million Makers challenge. We’re completing an Indoor Abseil Challenge at our Birmingham HQ, supporting The Prince's Trust.

Having grown up in care myself and leaving school with not so excellent grades, being part of the Million Makers challenge is really exciting. Joining HSBC 6 months ago, at 20, was a turning point that validated my determination and resilience, proving that hard work and dedication can lead to remarkable opportunities. Through Team Invictus, we're not only raising funds but also breaking barriers, defying expectations, and inspiring others, especially young individuals facing adversity, to believe in their potential and the boundless possibilities that lie ahead. Your support in this journey means the world to us, as it directly contributes to The Prince's Trust's mission of providing every young person, regardless of their background or challenges, with the chance to succeed by building their confidence and skills to live, learn, and earn.
