Story

On September 19th, 2024, we lost Dean Brasenell after his courageous battle with cancer. Yet, as his wife Sophie will tell you, his spirit remained unbroken, held up by the love that surrounded him. Dean was not just Sophie’s husband, nor just the father to Lucas and Jude—he was a beloved friend to many of us. His kindness, warmth, and strength touched everyone he met, and we miss him deeply.

In Dean’s memory, we are taking on this challenge to raise money for those who are facing the unimaginable: a life-changing diagnosis or the heartache of losing a loved one to cancer. We hope to carry forward the love, strength, and hope that Dean embodied, and in doing so, make a difference for others in their darkest times.

Your support means the world to us. Together, we can honor Dean’s legacy and offer hope to families who need it most.

Wish us luck!
