I will be running the NYC TCS Marathon this November for Good Grief in honor of my family friend, Christine Frees who passed away unexpectedly in 2021.  Christine was a part of my childhood growing up and epitomized Eleanor Roosevelt’s quote: “The purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”  My run is dedicated to her and to supporting Good Grief, a non-profit organization that offers free and unlimited support to children, teens, young adults and families who are grieving the loss of a parent, sibling or child.
