Krystian, who will be 13 at the time of the climb, is dedicated to making a difference. He wants to raise vital funds for children who are battling cancer, ensuring they receive the support and care they need during their difficult journey. “I want to help kids who are going through tough times with cancer,” Krystian explains. “The Children with Cancer UK” does amazing work, and I want to do something big to show my support.”

This climb is no small feat, and Krystian is fully aware of the physical challenges ahead. Currently, he is in the planning stages of the event, carefully considering the logistics and details of the climb. He is also committed to a rigorous training programme to ensure he is physically ready for the challenge. Krystian is working hard to build his strength and endurance, preparing for the gruelling ascent with the support of a Fair Ways team member, who will accompany him on the climb for added encouragement and safety.

The climb will take place in June 2025, and Krystian is determined to make it a success. With every step-up Snowdon, he will not only be pushing himself to his limits but also making a meaningful contribution to a cause that has the potential to change the lives of many children and families affected by cancer.

Hello, my name is Krystian. I am 13 years old and have decided to take on Mount Snowdon to raise money for Children with Cancer UK.

For those who may not already know, Snowdon is the highest mountain in Wales, so although I am super excited to complete this challenge for such a good cause, I am also having to take my training very seriously.

I will be sharing progress photos of my fitness journey throughout, to show you all the hard work I am doing in preparation.

Every step I take up the mountain is a step toward hope for those affected by cancer and I am determined to make a difference in helping fund life-saving treatments.
