On Sunday 29th October, I am joining the Lotus Armed Forces Community in taking on the exhilarating challenge of abseiling 42ft down the side of one of Norwich's most iconic landmarks - The Forum!

All in aid of Walking With The Wounded. ‘WWTW’ is a leading military charity who delivers employment, mental health and care coordination programmes in collaboration with the NHS. They get those who served, and their families, whether mentally, socially or physically wounded, back on their feet and making a positive contribution once more.
