CHRISTMAS FOOD APPEAL 2022

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

The Kit Wilson Trust for Animal Welfare is appealing for donations towards their Christmas Food Appeal.

Winter is our most expensive time of year, and with the increase in the cost of living, our Food Appeal is more important than ever to help us feed the many animals in our care.

All our dogs and cats at the Rescue Centre deserve a home to call their own, like Duke who will be seeing his fourth Christmas at the Centre, Cody who will be seeing his second Christmas and Lucky, the cat, who has not been so lucky in being chosen these last few Christmasses, due to being a diabetic and needing a daily insulin injection.

Whilst these and others continue to wait for that special person to make a home of their own a reality for them, we will try to make their Christmas as happy as possible, but we need your help.

Your donation can help with that. We have Food Appeal boxes at various sites, you can find a list on our Facebook pages. If you are unable to get to a box site you can make a monetary donation.

As well as dogs and cats at the Centre we have, rabbits, ponies, goats, birds, guinea pigs, ferrets, sheep, pigs as well as rodents and wildlife.

Thank you for thinking of the animals, especially at this time of year.
