RUN 5K Everyday

Running 5k every day of the month of March 2025 · 1 March 2025
March 2025 marks 5 years without Steven, a massive loss to myself and family's lives.
He was taken too soon and he is thought of every single day.
Due to the reasons around how he died, he left behind a lot of trauma and anxiety.
I am not a fitness person, haven't run since I was in school and after Stevens death, I became very aware of my own heartbeat.
Some may say slightly obsessed 🤦🏻♀️
I decided to start running as I way to show myself i was okay and that my heart is a muscle and needs to be worked and I can control it.
I have now decided to use this to raise funds and awareness for the CRY charity as this is a charity that could have possibly saved Stevens's life.
You are NEVER too young to be suffering from a cardiac issue or condition.
Any symptoms or concerns then seek help and push on it.
Use this charity and get yourself screened ❤️
I will be running 5k every day In March,
This will be around being a mum of 3, working, and being a full-time student nurse. So there will be no set time of day BUT it will be every day.
My dad will be completing roughly 7.7k of brisk walking through March and on my final run day I will accompany him from Stevens home up to his final resting place.
This will be on 30th March 2025. Setting off at 14:30.
I made it ..... we hope 💛💫
Every week in the UK at least 12 apparently fit and healthy young people die of undiagnosed cardiac conditions.
With your donation, CRY can reduce the frequency of young sudden cardiac death (YSCD) by working with cardiologists and family doctors to establish good practice and appropriate screening facilities to promote and protect the cardiac health of our young.
By supporting CRY you will help save young lives from these potentially fatal cardiac conditions.
