I am raising funds to help provide those little extra comforts that will transform this peaceful space into a soothing sanctuary, which offers compassionate support to those approaching the end of their life’s journey.

My beautiful Nanna was placed in this ward and they made her so comfortable during those final days. So attentive to her and to us as relatives, offering free hot meals, free parking at the hospital for the whole duration, the relatives room with hot drinks and snacks and always offering to make a bed up if we wanted to stay the night, with no hesitation. A truly remarkable asset to the hospital.
