Find Your Feet is working with communities, health workers and partners in Africa and Asia to ensure people experiencing mental health conditions receive care and support, so they can live fulfilling, productive and healthy lives.

About the charity

Find Your Feet is a small organisation working in remote areas of India, Nepal, Malawi and Zimbabwe. We enable poor rural families to grow enough food so they don't go hungry, to strengthen their voice so they can speak out against injustice and to earn enough money so they can find their feet.
