I have pledged to walk, swim or cycle 100 miles in February to raise money for Isabel Hospice. Isabel Hospice nurses walk an average of 8,000 steps a shift and I want to match them!

Isabel Hospice cared for my lovely mum, Ruth Ward, during the last week of her life and this is a way of saying thank you for looking after her so carefully and keeping her pain free and comfortable until she passed away on Christmas Day 2024. The staff at the hospice also looked after my sister Julia, Bernard and me with such compassion during that difficult time and let us stay overnight so we could be nearby 24/7.

Please make a donation to enable Isabel Hospice to continue to support others in their time of need. Their services cost £7 million a year to run so lets all give what we can.
