Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are swimming a mile for the Cornwall air ambulance trust who mean So much to us for our friends they have saved..

It’s not an easy challenge for either of us.

I have ehlers danlos, dystonia, bulging discs in lower spine, hip dysplasia , central pain syndrome and suffer hemiplegic migraine.

In s my joints pop to the point of dislocation and I can become paralysed or lose my sight.

Emily has had surgery to her hip and suffered quite badly with pain from this due to an issue with the shape of her hip and its location.

In November I had surgery to stop my hip dislocating. I have had to learn to swim again , 2 months ago it was with s pool noodle. I’m currently at 900metres with s lot further to go.Emily has also had to build up her strength following her surgery.

So this really isn’t an easy challenge.

We are swimming a mile at the emerald who are kindly letting us use their pool on Friday 14th June.

Please if you can help us raise money for such an amazing charity. A service we can not live without in Cornwall that would be totally amazing .

Thankyou xx
