On the 24th of June 2023 I will be running a tough mudder for Ava the brave. She is an incredible little girl who has been though a lot. Ava was born at 25 weeks old and has a range of complex medical conditions including cerebral palsy. This means she needs specialist therapy and equipment such as a wheelchair and stair aids which are not available on the NHS. Lauren Ava’s mum is a family friend of ours and is an amazing mum. Not only is she avas career but she supports the local neonatal unit where ava spent the first few months of her life. Their home at the moment is currently completely inaccessible for Ava’s needs and we want to change this to ensure that Ava has the best quality of life possible.
