Kinlochleven Fire Crew are gearing up for a gruelling 10K obstacle race called The Banchory Beast Race. All in support of Prostate Cancer UK. This year the course involves more than 25 mega obstacles - giant water slides, icy loch water, electric fences, thick mud & swamp crossings – billing itself as “the ultimate team challenge”.

The why & when-

Prostate cancer claims a man's life every 45 minutes in the UK, making it the most commonly diagnosed cancer. With men under 50 not routinely tested, there's an urgent need for more awareness and action. The event date is set for September 21, 2024. Our goal is to raise £1,000 to fund lifesaving research for men and their families. Every penny counts, and even the smallest contribution will make a meaningful impact.
