As part of the Paediatric Diabetes team at Kingston Hospital, we are gearing up for the Bushy Christmas 10k & 5k on November 24, 2024. The funds raised will directly contribute to organising social activities for our diabetes patients, and hosting education and training events for our families. Your support will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those affected by diabetes.

On 10 September, Kingston Hospital mourned the loss of Serge Lourie, a former Non-Executive Director, Acting Chair, fundraiser, and volunteer. A passionate runner, Serge led a Couch to 5k group to help others build fitness and confidence. In his honor, Kingston Hospital Charity will match staff fundraising efforts for the Bushy Christmas 10k/5k up to £78, reflecting his age at the time of his passing, as a tribute to his legacy and community impact.
