Story
From manoeuvring a tuk-tuk the length of India to navigating our way to Russia through 13 countries in a camouflaged fiat panda, we love a good adventure challenge!
And this year is no different.
We are Craig and Aimee and alongside 48 other life long friends we've never met yet - we're cycling the length of Wales to raise money for bigmoose mental health charity.
From (Caernarfon) Castle to (Cardiff) Castle it's approximately 200 miles and the route is just incredible.
(We know this because we pushed ourselves in a wheelie bin along it 2 summers ago!)
But don't let me fool you... the route maybe absolutely stunning hun, but Wales isn't known for it's flat roads!
It's MAJOR hilly and did I mention, MOUNTAINOUS!
Which means this challenge will probably be the most physical one to date as we have campsite destinations to reach and 48 other sore bums to be responsible for.
Cycling up to 50 miles per day (sorry was just sick in my mouth a little bit) we will need to train pretty intensely for this challenge.
It's not for the faint hearted and we really hope you'll back us with some pennies to show your support.
Why give?
We all know someone who has struggled with their mental health. Chances are you reading this also have or are.
bigmoose are here to support.
To support you and the ones you love.
They provide therapy and early intervention to people who are struggling with their mental health.
They have achieved some amazing things, most recently completing project 1 million, raising 1 million pounds in 486 days!!
Over 11,000 people donated and have helped them to save and change lives - THANK YOU!
Their therapy is helping to change lives. And the number of referrals they are receiving is increasing every day.
But they know there is more work to be done.
They have a big dream to make a difference in the world and are on a mission to raise 15 million pounds for mental health.
This is a HUGE amount of money but think of how many people it will help.
Their passion to change lives is what drives them, and makes us believe they can absolutely do this. With us standing right behind them.
