We are a group of KEHS Upper Sixths aspiring to work in healthcare professions who have written, edited and designed the KEHS Healthcare Journal 2023. The journal features a wide range of articles on the world of dentistry, the healthcare system, the future of medicine, the pharmaceutical industry and veterinary medicine.

We're encouraging those who have read the publication to make a donation to the wonderful charity Kissing it Better, which has previously been supported by other pupils at KEHS.

Kissing it Better is a healthcare charity and training provider that hopes to end the isolation of old age by "bringing generations together". The charity started in 2009 and, since then, has aimed to have a positive impact on older, vulnerable people in hospitals, care homes and the wider community. Donations to Kissing it Better help it to: fund its teaching programme; support student volunteering placements; work as advocates for enhancing patient experience; and research the impact of creative thoughtfulness on the recovery times of older people in healthcare. By donating to Kissing it Better you can help to end the loneliness that older people experience and give young people the chance to show what they can do.

All donations received in support of our Healthcare Journal will go to Kissing it Better, in the hope to help the charity in its projects and ideas.
