As my friends & family know, for the last two years I have taken part in various walks to raise money for charity and this year is no different.

In June the Femur's will be completing the Lake District Ultra Challenge in the hope to raise money for MIND.

MIND is a charity which offers support for those suffering from mental health problems. Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don’t get the help we need. This has to change.

I would like to say a big thank you for all your help and support in raising money and awareness for this important and sensitive subject.
