Story
A load of us will be going up Snowdon on Saturday 11th May to support our besties, Molly and Natalie on their mission to raise vital funds for the CoppaFeel breast cancer charity. This is something close to all of our hearts after Natalie was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in October 2022, aged 35 with two young children (an 8 month old and a 3 year old). She was then told that the cancer had spread to her spine making her stage 4. 16 rounds of chemotherapy, 29 rounds of radiotherapy and many nights spent in hospital, she is now living life as no evidence of active disease 🙌 Only a few weeks after surgery, Nat will be joining us on the hike up Snowdon too. Nat, you will forever be my hero! You have shown me what true strength is 💪 what an absolute inspiration you are.
This November, Molly and Nat will set out on an extraordinary and challenging five day trek in the Indian Himalayas in a bid to raise funds towards CoppaFeel's life-saving mission. 120 of them including Gi Fletcher and other famous faces will be trekking through remote areas for up to 10 hours per day, climbing rugged mountain paths with steep inclines, to altitudes of up to 3,000m. During their trek they will be camping in sub zero conditions, with very basic facilities. I’m so proud of you both for taking on this challenge and I know you’ll both absolutely smash it! 💪💜
CoppaFeel! is the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling habits that could one day save a life. They are striving to ensure breast cancer is diagnosed early and correctly by encouraging the nation to check their chests regularly.
Your donation is hugely appreciated and will go towards supporting Molly and Natalie to reach their fundraising targets, thank you so much xx
