We support children diagnosed with cancer to Offering therapeutic short breaks

Story

I’m taking on a great challenge to raise money for Cancer Fund for Children Ireland, a charity that provides practical and emotional support to children and young people affected by cancer and their families.

On September 29th, I’ll be taking part in a zipwire that is 300 metres long and 35 metres over the ground at its highest point.

In raising the funds we are hoping to make a difference for children and families who are facing the toughest challenge of their lives. Cancer Fund for Children Ireland offers vital services such as therapeutic short breaks, community support, and bereavement support. They rely on donations to continue their work, and every euro counts.

Thank you for your support and generosity!

About the charity

Cancer Fund for Children supports children diagnosed with cancer and their families by offering practical and emotional support including nurturing breaks. We are currently launching a Capital Appeal to build our second Daisy Lodge in Cong, Co. Mayo which will ensure that no family in Ireland faces cancer alone.
