Story

Back in 2021, when I first started my fitness journey, there was not a point that I thought I could run 1km let alone a Half Marathon. I was overweight, unfit and had been hit hard by COVID-19. Running the London Half Marathon will hopefully inspire other people stuck in a rut and unfit as I was that baby steps and consistency is all you need to achieve your fitness goals!

This will be my first race and I couldn't think of a better charity to support than Little Stars which funds the Neonatal Unit at Frimley Park Hospital where I work. The money raised will be used to buy equipment for our unit and upgrade parent facilities to make their stay with us during this difficult time a more pleasant one.
