As the weather gets colder and the nights get longer spare a thought for all those sleeping rough on our streets.

Nobody should have to but especially not young people.

Backup northwest is a Bolton based charity who help get 16-25’s off the street and into safe accommodation. They do an amazing job but as always need all the help they can get.

That’s why for one night I am going to sleep rough with the team at Backup, out in the elements to experience just a little of what is a brutal reality for too many young people.
