I am taking part in a number of events throughout 2024 with the aim of raising awareness of the brilliant local charity The Dorset Children's Foundation, alongside raising much needed funds for them so they can carry on doing the amazing work they do for children and families all across Dorset.

The Dorset Children's Foundation is fantastic small local charity which was set up to improve and enrich the lives of children with disabilities and their families who are experiencing difficulties related to the impact of disability, including physical health, emotional strain, and social isolation through a range of provisions.

Myself and my family have had first hand experience and continue to experience the amazing services and support the DCF provide. These vary from counseling, legal guidance, family network opportunities and support groups, along with some brilliant play sessions that they provide for children which my son Arthur has very much enjoyed.

My first event is going to be Brighton Marathon on the 7th April, ending with Ironman Copenhagen in August, with a few other events in-between. I'm going to need as much motivation as possible so any donation you can give will be greatly received!
