I'm running the BMW Berlin Marathon 2025 for Dementia UK & for my Nan who currently has Dementia.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nurse charity. The nurses, called Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing care to families affected by all forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's disease. They help people with dementia stay independent for longer, and support the people caring for them 💙

This Marathon is number 2 out of the 6 major marathons I am challenging myself to complete in the years to come 🤞

This marathon will be more of a challenge than ever to me as I’m due to have a baby in May so the challenge is on to get prepared & fit again between May- September as well as having a new born & a 4 year old child to care for too, wish me luck 🍀💙
