Along with some of my new work colleagues at HSO, we are going to attempt to complete the 3 peaks challenge in 24 hours across 13/14 July. An absolutely huge challenge raising money and awareness for our chosen charity Alzheimers Research UK. This charity is very close to my heart having experienced it growing up with my Great Grandad Bob, and more recently the loss of my Grandad Terry to this heartbreaking disease.

The charities vision is for a world where people are free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia and the way to do that is funding the innovative science that will deliver a cure.

Anything I raise will be kindly matched my HSO , so any support / donation you can give will be greatly appreciated
