🏃🏻‍♀️ We are running for an amazing cause - Life and Time, a Community based End of Life Care Service in County Down. Their aim is to support the family and patient, providing care and symptom control at home, at end of life, in line with what a patient might experience in a hospice or hospital setting. The on-call service operates from 10pm to 8am. Find out more at www.lifeandtimecare.org

We aren't runners, so whilst everyone seems to be smashing marathons or hitting PBs, we are in intense training just to cross the finish line of the 10K race on June 2nd.
