In memory of Kenneth (Ken) Wood, who sadly passed away on 29th November 2024.

Ken was the ultimate family man, a kind soul who always had a hot meal, a warm bed, and a heart full of love for anyone who needed it. Children, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, friends and more all had a home with Ken and his late wife Eileen whenever they needed one, and their door was always open.

Sunflowers Children's Action Group is a small, volunteer run, Grimsby-based charity (No.1186308) formed in 2019 to create special, inclusive events and activities for children who suffer from life-limiting and/or life-threatening conditions.
