Story

My son and daughter in law had their first child at banner hospital. In Fallon Nevada My daughter in law was complaining of what she thought was kidneys The emergency doctor said it’s not your kidneys your pregnant .Once the initial shock was over and knowing they were using drugs They entered a life program in Reno to get off the drugs and become clean for their child . They worked hard they went to meetings and broke the addiction . They went to high pregnancy doctor they did what they needed too I was so proud A year ago February 18th a beautiful baby girl was born Laihla The told the nurse what they were going thru what they we’re going thru and needed to leave for a couple to attend their meetings the nurse frowned on treatment programs and then the problem began Banner hospital kept scoring their baby with high marks and made it like there child had drugs in her system and was withdrawing . However when they tested the baby the were no drugs in her system Banner called Reno hospital be cause there small rural hospital . Reno hospital show up the nurse went on to tell the infant scored high marks Reno nurse told them they are using an outdated system but transported the infant as a precaution . The infant baby was tested no drugs in her system .However Laihla was crying uncontrollable and 10;days later they gave the baby morphine 10 days later she had no drugs in her system The nurse told my son I’ll let you in on a little secret she crying because it’s there policy to leave a baby in diaper for 2 hours she only had a diaper rash and her urine was burning her legs CPS of Fallon was so unprofessional and took his first daughter put her in foster care . And justified it and lied to the judge I couldn’t believe what I hearing . His child had a diaper rash I’ve never seen anything like this in my entire life . The problem is he couldn’t afford a real attorney he works full time never calls in sick lives in a nice apartment great neighbor hood the public defender spent zero time before court to talk to my son didn’t say a word Danny wrote notes to say to judge but his PD shushed him and his child was taken away and put in foster care a year later and every time I go to the court CPS tells half truths to justify action made and turned this this into a drug case in court then she had the Marshall walk my son out of a court and watched him pee in a cup passed with the drug test with flying colors .Didnt matter no she kept embellishing and changed her story to some other lie . Because the foster family on several occasions told my son they planning on adopting Laihla . He’s so good with her I wish there was way I could send her picture I couldn’t sit by any listening to such a travesty of justice being done the half truths the lies this lady says whatever she thinks will work and I had enough I’m here on this site because we met with a real attorney and her cost was $5000 I’m on a fixed income social security I paid everything I could $2500; I’m trying to raise the other half so she can represent him in court in 2 months so I’m reaching out for help any way I could in hopes we can appeal to people good nature and return my sons first child were she belongs with him

Thank You
